Terms and Conditions
The Seller purchases and organizes the delivery of the order to the Buyer, while the Buyer orders, purchases, and pays for the goods available on the online trading site www.soleil.lv.
Below are the terms of purchase and return, as well as the right of withdrawal. Such a clause is called a distance contract.

Distance contract
The seller of the goods offered in this online store www.soleil.lv, hereinafter referred to as the Seller, on the one hand, and the person placing the order, hereinafter referred to as the Buyer, on the other hand, conclude the following Agreement:

The Seller undertakes to sell and deliver the goods to the Buyer in accordance with the Buyer’s order.

Payment processing is provided by the payment platform makecommerce.lv, therefore our company transfers the personal data necessary for the execution of payments to the owner of the platform Maksekeskus AS.

The Buyer places an order by filling out the appropriate order form on the Seller’s website www.soleilhair.lv. When placing the order, the Buyer must provide accurate and up-to-date information – name, surname, delivery address, and contact details – and confirm the order by pressing the "Order" button.

If changes are required after placing the order, the Buyer must inform the Seller no later than 24 hours after receiving the order confirmation by writing to info@soleihair.eu. The Buyer is responsible for providing correct data, as in case of incorrect information, delivery of the goods is not guaranteed.

The Buyer has the option to pay for the goods using the online payment tools integrated into the online store or by paying the invoice prepared by the Seller and sent to the Buyer by email. The invoice is prepared electronically and is valid without a signature.

Placing an order is considered as the Buyer’s offer to the Seller to conclude a Distance contract for the delivery of the selected goods, as well as the Buyer’s consent to purchase the relevant goods at the specified price. The Buyer’s personal data necessary for delivery are not disclosed to third parties, except to courier services such as "Omniva," "DPD," etc., which perform order delivery.

The Seller ensures delivery of the goods within 2–4 days after the payment has been received. If the Buyer has placed an individually personalized order, the delivery time differs from the approximate standard delivery time.

The Seller ensures delivery of the goods to the address specified by the Buyer, in accordance with the tariffs set by the courier service. The Buyer pays both the shipping costs and the price of the goods at the same time – before the order is confirmed and the goods are shipped from the Seller. Delivery costs are included in the invoice.

The Buyer can place orders 24 hours a day; however, the Seller processes them only on working days, with exceptions where orders may be processed on weekends.
8. The Seller sends the Buyer an order confirmation by email. If the Buyer has not received a confirmation email, the order has not been accepted. Order processing begins only after the payment has been credited to the Seller’s bank account.

Right of withdrawal
The Buyer has the right to use the right of withdrawal specified in the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia and return the goods within 14 (fourteen) calendar days. To avoid possible disputes, the Buyer must check at the time of receiving the goods whether they correspond to the order – including color, name, and other essential parameters.

If the goods have been incorrectly assembled, the Buyer has the right to exchange them within 14 (fourteen) days by filling out a return form.

If the Buyer wishes to use the right of withdrawal, the following conditions and recommendations must be taken into account:

  • If the goods are returned, all marketing materials, packaging decorations, gifts, including booklets, and everything else added to the order must also be returned.

  • The goods to be returned must be unused (taking into account their original characteristics). If the condition of the returned goods has deteriorated because they were improperly stored, the Buyer is not entitled to use the right of withdrawal.

  • The Buyer must ensure that the original packaging of the goods is preserved and undamaged.

Return
If the Buyer wishes to use the right of withdrawal, they must contact the Seller by writing to soleil7hair@gmail.com. The Seller will send the withdrawal form, which the Buyer fills out and sends to the specified email.

The Buyer is obliged to return the goods to the Seller within 7 days after sending the withdrawal letter. All expenses related to returning the goods are covered by the Buyer.

The Buyer must keep both the courier documents confirming receipt of the goods and the documents issued by the post or courier service regarding the return of the goods to the Seller.

The Seller refunds the money for the returned goods to the bank account specified in the Buyer’s form within 30 (thirty) calendar days after termination of the Agreement and receipt of the goods back by the Seller.

All prices in the online store are indicated with 21% VAT (value-added tax).
The refundable amount consists only of the value of the paid goods. Delivery costs are not refunded, as this is a one-time external service.
Please note that product colors may differ from those shown in the pictures.
These differences may arise due to various factors, including individual screen settings, technological differences between devices, and lighting conditions. We strive to ensure the most accurate color representation possible, but we cannot guarantee a complete match between what is seen on the screen and the actual product.

Data processing
By entering the required information when placing an order, the Buyer confirms that they have read and agree that the data provided will be used so that the Seller can accept the Buyer’s order and deliver the goods in accordance with the requirements of Latvian legislation. By entering the information, the Buyer agrees that notifications related to the processing of the Buyer’s order will be sent to the specified email address.
